Sea Rock Apartment

Nokos and everyone at the Sea rock were wonderful hosts . The apartment is really very beautiful and so quiet with a stunning view. Couldn't have had a better location.

The only thing that could have been added is that there could be a coffee table in the lounge and the chairs on the balcony could be comfier, but it's very minor.

The location was amazing - swimming off the rocks right outside, great restaurants super close (including the great restaurant below the apartment!) and a short stroll into the town. The apartment was so comfortable and the views were amazing!

The property is just stunning. In a beautiful location and staff were excellent.

Fabulous property, location and host. Just booked for 2025 and not much availability left. Not surprising. First class all round!

It has panoramic sea views that are even better than the photos. There’s excellent air conditioning throughout. The property is very well equipped, including for cooking, and is very spacious with plenty of storage. It felt like home from home! There’s an excellent restaurant just downstairs with friendly & attentive staff, and a nice swimming spot just below the apartment, plus the lovely little Paradise Beach nearby. There’s other good restaurants next door & Agia Effimia has all the shops you’ll require, plus good boat hire for the day. The location’s ideal for exploring the island & we very much enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Everything really. The apartment was beautiful, great location and the views were spectacular. Nicos and his staff were fantastic - couldn't have been more helpful, kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicos is a lovely guy and he's created an exceptional and friendly team who did everything they could to make our stay as memorable as possible. Lovely quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the quayside where there are enough good tavernas to keep you happy for a two or three week stay. The apartment sits behind and above the Sea Rock Taverna - the food there is fantastic - Greek with a contemporary twist. Highly recommend even if you don't stay at the apartment.

This isn't a dislike as such. We were the first guests of the season (May 2024) and there were a few cooking utensils lacking in the kitchen, and in fairness they were the kind of things you wouldn't necessarily think to provide unless you were cooking in there yourself. We mentioned this to Nicos and he was obviously grateful for our feedback and keen to put that right and we feel sure he would have done by now.
