The Orange Cottage

It felt like staying at a friend's place, with things in the pantry that you'd usually need for making a basic meal, lovely tasteful decor, beautiful bedding, etc. A well loved property with attention to detail. I also enjoyed cooking on the gas stove.

Water pressure in the shower could be better.

The cottage is in a great location next to the Waikato River. It was lovely to walk along the river paths to restaurants and bars at East Hamilton and also into the CBD.

Nice cosy cottage in a an excellent location with a very responsive host

Would be nice to have an outdoor table on the deck for the summer months - but this did not detract from our stay, just a suggestion for the future

Beautiful little cottage,.fully appointed kitchen despite the amazing cafe across the road!! Riverside strolls of an evening in the quiet cul-de-sac location

Only booking two nights.. definitely could have stayed longer and will be booking again next time we are in the mighty Waikato!

Location was perfect. River across the road. Everything was clean and very well thought out Would happily book again and recommend to others. Loved the artwork.
