no heated towel rail

Location is so good, close to many different places to eat and can cross the road to enjoy a lovely walk along the river

Only thing I'd suggest is to have a clothes horse to be able to dry clothes inside in winter.

What breakfast?

Having the correct PIN for the lockbox would have been very useful, so that we could access the key to the property! Had it not been for the neighbour knowing the PIN we would have had to break and enter...

A nice place with everything you need, warm and cozy. Good value for money to have the whole place. Peaceful and quiet

location was great. very clean and tidy

second bed was noisy and probably could do with replacing . there was no instant coffee which would have been easier . the shower had rather poor pressure and was hard to find the heat spot .we found the lock box to be placed to high and hard to open in the dark when we arrived

The location was excellent. The house had everything I needed and more😊 great location for long walks along the Waikato River.

The cottage and everything we needed, was conveniently situated and the chocolate was a bonus.
