Breakfast not included but no problem, as excellent cafe, shops close by.

Everything was very good. A steep driveway wasn’t an issue, as we used it to run up & down several times to enhance our exercise sessions!

The cottage was cute and cosy with excellent amenities. The location was superb, right near great cafe with riverside walking trails into the city and adjacent shopping precinct

"Relaxing outlook."

The location is really good, close to city center, the garden, Hamilton east shops. It just felt really relaxing. The water pressure was amazing so the shower was great. I would really recommend it for anyone who needs to be near the University or the city center, the river walk is really nice. The cafe across the road is really good.

"A wonderful charming cottage"

The Orange Cottage is in a great location and the place itself is charming and cosy. It had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The deck and the garden are great additional spaces. We would have loved to have stayed longer!
