"Perfect family home for a weekend away"

Great location, very big house lots of room and homey atmosphere.

We had a small issue with the bathroom door handle being loose and no parking outside was abit of a pain but no fault of the owner, other than that it was great.

"Great base to explore Brighton from if you’re having group trip."

The set up allowed for a large group to stay comfortably, it made for a great base to explore from. For the size of the property it was excellent value for a weekend trip. The property was well located for walking into the main town. If you were staying in summer there is also a lovely garden area as well.

"Great location, great house, great stay!"

Great location and facilities. Perfect for a group of fiends for along weekend in Brighton. The house was well equipped and the host always responded quickly to our questions. Our damage deposit was also returned promptly after we left. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

"Incredibly clean, really spacious, lovely host"

It was so much bigger than the pics, loads of space without getting under each others feet. The views from the house were great too. Lovely outside yard, really comfy beds, and everything was in perfect working order. It was incredibly clean, and also had literally everything you need right down to the last utensil. Una (the host) was very friendly and easy to reach before/after our stay; fortunately we didn’t need her during as everything ran smoothly, but we had her number if we needed anything which was reassuring. Also received our deposit back the same day we left. Lovely house, perfect location with a shop 2 minutes walk away and 25 mins walk to Preston Park for all the Pride goers.

Nothing, really was the perfect house for our stay. Can’t recommend enough.
