Cuando uno hace una reserva y paga inmediatamente lo justo es que los dueños del hospedaje devuelvan la información completa para acceder, no es justo la den cuando ya estas en el mismo día de entrada. Deben considerar que el huésped viene de lejos y muy probablemente sin conocer.

Que no pude hospedarme allí, tuve que buscar un hospedaje, porque con maletas y de lejos es urgente llegar a un sitio seguro

L'appartement était parfait, très grand, tout neuf. Un immense parking très sécurisé, un supermarché juste en face à pieds, piscine sur le toit très appréciable. Je recommande vivement.

The towels were super soft and dried the body extremely quickly. The best thing without a doubt was the bed. One of the compass I have ever slept in and a nice size. Excellent location not too far from downtown and right next to a supermarket. All in all a really nice stay and quick responses from the person

I did have problems getting the TV to work and also the microwave which would be handy to have some instructions

Very comfortable and modern accomodations. Rooftop pool. Just next door to great supermarket which worked well with cooking facilities. Huge comfortable beds Bicycle hire close by. Superb for families.

At the time we were there the chemical balance in the pool was a bit off - my son was a bit itchy although he did spend over an hour in the water. It was a bit difficult to find as in a large complex. Just read the instructions better than I did and you'll be fine.

Very nice and responsive hosts, gave us detailed directions on how to self check in, the room had a nice, tulum vibe to it, very comfortable bed, nice pool with sun beds at the rooftop, allowed for an earlier check-in, parking was very convenient, we could park right at the entrance to the building, well equipped kitchen

Unfortunately the room was really dirty when we arrived, there was hair and weird brown stains on the floor, sand in the shower and stains on the pillow cases which is unacceptable, when we flagged it to the hosts they apologised and the cleaners came in again but did not clean everything, the floor was still dirty; horrible dust on the air vents; view on the supermarket’s parking lot, weird smell came through the air vents at times, could not flash the toilet quite a few times; a friend who stayed in a different room said he had cockroaches (luckily we didn’t!)

Great location, right across from chedraui shopping. Close to walking distance to town. Quiet and nice pool area.

Not enough towels and toilet paper for 10 days. We were provided with clean laundry after the first 5 days but not enough towels for that.

Amazing stay! Beautiful design and new area! Next to the big supermarket and 7 min drive from beach :)
