Owner was easy to contact and provided all the info on arrival

Power went out, it was very hot and we actually had to stay elsewhere for the last night due to the heat and no water.

I have been in tulum for 5 years experienced most of the olaces to stay this by far the best location ,staff was really helpful amazing building and furniture with amazing roof pool definitely would come again and 100% recommended its a hassle free amazing booking

Very modern, spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped and in a great location, with a big supermarket across the street you can get anything you need in a 2 minute walk. The pool is also great and the property feels very safe.

Not a lot of places to dry clothes, wasn’t a problem to us.

That it is very new, very clean, very organized, it has a restaurant in the building, a supermarket across the street and the Main Street nearby with restaurants and bars.

We had to change rooms because the first one had something broken that didn’t let the water heat. We stayed there for 2-3 days until we eventually changed. But everything was ok after that. The person responsible always answered us very fast. The kitchen is well equipped too. We had asked to stay close to our friends room but we didn’t even stayed at the same building.

The location is super convenient, it’s close to everything. Right in front of the studio there’s a grocery store and taxi service. Within walking distance there are restaurants, pharmacies, bike rentals, you name it! Our cherry on top was the gym situation. Back at home, our gym membership is with Smart fit brand and it turns out there was one right across the street. That was perfect, because I think you have to pay extra to use the gym from the complex. Everything in the studio looks new so you won’t have any issues with kitchen, restroom, bed, etc.

I would’ve preferred the administrator had contacted me a little bit more than an hour before our stay. We arrived early (at 2:00 pm) and, as always through Booking, we showed our IDs to the front desk and surprise, they didn’t know about our reservation, so that scared us a little bit, but we got all the answers after calling the phone number (we understand, since it’s a big complex and not a hotel, there’s different administrators), so my suggestion will be: don’t wait for contact even if you are used to, contact them first.

The room had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the rooftop pool was fantastic to cool down.

Appartment and host perfect. Beach

Beach is far away. Tulum city. is not nice, overpriced hipster place. The appartment is very nice, but the music from the nightclubs is so loud from thursday till saturday. Unreal
