Wow the customer service from kelvin is whats driven my score for my partners stay , he did encounter a noise issue unfortunately, however kelvin was straight on the matter and I even received an email during the night with a prompt apology. The level of customer service received certainly stood out for all the right reasons 😀. Clean adequate room for price and great location.

The cleaning staff was friendly and seemed nice

The shower was really bad. Little or no water pressure and extremely cold. No hand wash sink, and I barely got in and out of the shower cubicle. The single bed was not comfortable. Someone who was possibly drunk arrived at midnight and kept banging on the door for more than half an hour I almost called the police!
