Its not clean

It was so convenient.

Close to town

Small toilet and bedroom

It was nice, clean, and well located with local free parking. However, the front door password was the same as our room code. Shower and other facilities are clean and work as expected though, for the price is very worth it.

Left the hotel only once for a few hours, came back and the door was on the latch, where we had certainly closed it properly. Nothing seemed out of order, but did put us on edge a little. Again likely due to the duplicate door codes. Room was also very very warm, even with heating off and window open the upper floors are quite stuffy.

I booked a room with 2 beds to my horror the beds turned out to be bunk beds in a room where you couldn’t swing a cat so we only stayed one night where I booked for 2 nights

We were on a fishing weekend trip, we only used the room for showering and sleeping, having tea and a bacon sandwich in the communal kitchen.

Location is a 5 minute walk from the sea.

TV was faulty - sound only no picture on any channel. Key pad to access room door not working, called Kelvin who answered quickly and was able to open the door remotely but not fix the problem that night. We didn't want to risk not being able to get back inside the room so only one of us could go out at a time. The business model is for no staff to be on site which is ok unless you have an issue.

I had to drive back to Poole to my house to sleep due to someone leaving the window open and the floor was flooded in the room! And also cupboards and cups were not clean! Nice location if your going for a piss up and don’t care aboit your hygiene

Very run down , I would say there housing migrants, walking up the stairs it smelt like people where cooking in there rooms with a dirty fat fryer , piss all over toilet seat not enjoyable at all
