Besser geht's nicht! Das Zimmer befindet sich im 7. Stock eines Stadthauses an der Grenze zur Altstadt. Hochwertige Ausstattung, große Dachterrasse mit eigenem Whirlpool, bequemes Bett. Sicher eine der besten Adressen für einen Aufenthalt in Bari. Kommunikation erfolgt via WhatsApp, der Zugang erfolgt mittels Code - alles funktionierte reibungslos.

Location was fantastic! Our suite was very comfortable and clean. Communication with staff was easy.

The air conditioner did not work efficiently enough. Room did not cool down enough.

A very chic, boutique-style suite, located on a pedestrian street convenient to shopping. Just a note: that it’s not the easiest place to transfer your luggage to and from your car to the door of the building. Had nice amenities like bathrobes, pleasant soap etc but this maybe silly to say, they could use a major upgrade to their toilet paper. They gave you a 6 euro per person credit for breakfast at a local café with limited options for breakfast offerings beyond coffee and pastries. Booking.com should state this on their site Would definitely stay here again.

The toilet paper needs a major upgrade and given how wonderful the room was, the floating bedside tables were broken and askew. At this level, that should not be the case. Check out time was at 11 AM, but the maid was there waiting, with our door open, when we came back to get our luggage at 10:30 AM.

Superläge i ett troligt vackert rum, sååå snyggt. Härligt skön säng med ljuvliga kuddar. Träffade ej värden mer än via whatsup men allt fungerade utmärkt

Frukosten som vi fick beställa på närliggande bar var alldeles för snålt tilltagen, 6 euro som ingick räckte till en kaffe och en croissant! ( resterande vi önskade betalade vi själva)

On June 27, 2025, I checked into Le Terrazze Suites in Bari, Italy. Upon arriving in the afternoon, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning. Although it was set to 15°C, the room temperature remained close to 30°C, and the air being circulated was hot. This extreme heat made it very difficult for my family and me to rest properly—we were sweating all night and could barely sleep. I immediately reported the issue to Le Terrazze Suites via WhatsApp. They initially claimed that the system had “crashed” because we had turned the panel on and off multiple times (which we did not do). They attempted a remote reset, but the temperature did not drop. They promised that a technician would be sent the following day to investigate and offered to move us to another room if the problem couldn’t be resolved. In the early morning of June 28, I provided photo evidence showing that the temperature was still between 28°C and 29.8°C. I formally requested action based on Articles 1575 and 1578 of the Italian Civil Code, which guarantee guests a safe and comfortable accommodation environment. I asked Le Terrazze Suites to either: • Urgently fix or replace the air conditioning or offer another room; • Or provide a partial refund or discount due to the substandard service. Le Terrazze Suites did offer an alternative room, but it was only half the size of the original room and far too cramped to meet our needs, so I declined. As Le Terrazze Suites failed to provide an acceptable level of comfort during our stay, I explicitly requested a partial refund on the second day. They agreed to refund 50% as compensation, but I have not received it to this day. Booking.com informed me that the property does not respond to calls or messages.
