Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel and arrive at the reception, you are welcomed with a warm and friendly attitude by the reception staff. As you proceed to the rooms, you will notice that each room is unique and distinguished from the others in terms of furniture quality, cleanliness, and beautiful views. Whether overlooking the garden or the lake, the hotel offers complete peace and tranquility. Speaking about the services, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are highly cooperative, professional, and well-organized. The meals served are also outstanding, especially the biryani, which is highly recommended. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Entebbe, as it stands out in every aspect and provides an exceptional experience.

It was a good value for $35/night and staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, especially the Indian tea. Walking distance from Victoria Mall and several dining options. The internet worked pretty well. Partial lake view from the 2nd floor balcony.

The bed (budget single room on the first floor) was quite hard. The electricity went out several times, once for almost an hour, and there was no backup power. Be aware most of the rooms don't have a view of the lake, just a few on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The breakfast was fair. Location its a bit far from the airport but their airport shauttle was on time and good customer care

All nearby restarants close early so if you arrive late like what i did its a big challenge for dinner or supper
