La struttura è davvero molto bella , pulitissima nulla da dire

Non abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci sia stato detto che c’era un servizio con chef per la cena e non è stato così, quasi tutto lo staff era nuovo e non particolarmente attento al servizio , ci è stato chiesto se volevamo cenare privatamente sulla terrazza e ci era stato chiesto di pagare un extra per poter avere un cameriere dedicato ( richiesta esosa davvero ) per poi mangiare le stesse pietanze servite agli altri commensali , poca attenzione al servizio del vino ( al mattino non sapevamo più a chi addebitare una bottiglia servita al tavolo , oltre ad averci fatto pagare quello ordinato ben 8 euro in più al calice e solo dopo un chiarimento telefonico abbiamo finalmente ottenuto il rimborso del sovrapprezzo hanno però tentato di dare la colpa a noi e alla nostra disattenzione cosa non vera perche siamo stati ben attenti dato che avevamo ordinato vino che costava 20 euro al calice ) sono stati onesti nel rimborso ma piuttosto polemici per quanto mi riguarda

The food was exceptional and it was amazing to try authentic, Tuscan food at the restaurant each night. All fresh, local produce and the wine selection was amazing too (which isn’t surprising because you’re in Italy!!) The apartments were lovely and cosy, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly, and no request was too hard. We liked that it was a small hotel, as felt private and you had plenty of space to relax around the property. Highly recommend!

The location was a pro and a con. It’s a 20min drive from Siena along its windy and narrow road up to the hotel which may not suit everyone’s needs, especially if you want to go for dinners outside of the hotel. That being said, it was quiet, peaceful and had a beautiful view so it was worth the drive and the restaurant was exceptional so it didn’t bother us at all and was a wonderful way to end a busy day sightseeing

The road leading to the property was a little narrow— not great if you have a big vehicle

Fantastiskt boutique hotell med mycket charm

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The view was a sight to behold. The surrounding area was very serene and just a wonderful place to vacation or getaway for a few days. We would love to come back

Not as accessible for people with disabilities.

La struttura si è presentata accogliente, immersa nella totalità della natura, dava modo di farti respirare tranquillità, benessere e riservatezza. La piscina, la SPA ed il servizio di ristorazione sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative.
