Everything was perfect! Amazing groundkeepers were so warm and welcoming, the most stunning views, amazing food and the best bed I've slept in ever!

Was asked to go to kitchen to get breakfast. The only thing there was oatmeal. No one was there. we just had to put in bowls. Kitchen was located on 2nd floor and we carried the oatmeal to the pool area where there was a table to have breakfast. The table was not clean...rings, etc. There was no milk available. Worst part was the inn keeper was not there

The peaceful view over the pool area and the courtesy and friendliness of Carol and Kevin, the caretakers, was awesome. Breakfast with fresh fruits and local delicacies in the pool area was delicious and relaxing and the lawn was well taken care of.

The aircon was very loud so we ended up using the fan only - but it was really hot during the night. Many tiny insects find their way through the bathroom window at night and we found a big cockroach in the room during the night (it was expected to find some critters since the property is on farmland and amongst lush trees, but still maybe there’s ways to make this better).

A gorgeous, tranquil place. We really enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer. The view from our room and the pool area was spectacular, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the fruit salad beautiful! The couple who looked after us were really nice...We hope to go back one day!

This Inn is located in a quiet, more rural part of Kona. It is very private and secluded. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and swimming in the non-chlorinated pool.
