"Just good enough for a night stay."

It was very clean, nice touch with tea/coffee/ , desk and chair, mirror and very spacious.

Late check-in, after 8, was ok.

The coffee in the room was 3-in-1 sachet, so it was sweet. I don't use sugar, so not ok.

very nice woman running this place, bathroom was really clean and the whole place overall was clean. comfy bed. bus stop fairly close by, buses going into leeds fairly regularly. was really good price too. overall very nice! we enjoyed our stay here
