This is not a hotel, it's a HOME! Welcoming and comfortable, it's a quiet out of the way spot managed by friendly and helpful people. After the first night I immediately rebooked as I didn't want to leave!

Nothing. Supermarket is a long way if you are on foot, but the 12, 13 or 13a buses will get you to Hunslet Hill shopping centre in 5 mins, so it isn't really a problem.

The host very helpful , the room is bright , the room right temperature, the bathroom new, parking safe and facilities to make coffee in the room

I am fussy about the bedsheets and the pillows…in totali about bedding….so I would have liked white and good quality of sheets…plus comfortable pillows… That’s just me ….because the sheets did smell clean and they were white ….but that’s just me …. And for that price in Leeds is hardly you can find something with this quality….so I was very grateful (got soft pillow and blanket from Morrisons ….so I enjoyed the stay )
