Great bed, large room, friendly host, solid amenities, good wifi, near-blackout curtains, and warm enough in winter.

The study desk in the bedroom is a little small if you need to use a laptop for more than a couple of hours.

Maryann is a lovely person, so so helpful, on point and accomadating Her place is immaculate. Would recommend to anyone if your staying in Huddersfield stay here. Location is amazing all eminties on your door step. Thanks for everything maryann

Traditional, with a very homely feel. Maryann was hugely responsive, welcoming, & friendly. Location & local facilities great - & only 10 minute walk from town centre!

How lucky I was finding this place. Maryann welcomed me like a family member long time expected, showed and explained everything around. I stayed there three nights and I was feeling like at home. Property is a very English house, spotlessly clean and arranged with a good taste, location suited me well. I did not need a parking space but I noticed there is a lot of free parking space around. If I ever need to be in Huddersfield again this will be my place. Thank you Maryann

The property was well maintained and very clean. The kit hen was clean reasonably equipped and easy to use. I never met Maryann in person, but she was friendly, helpful and cheerful in all my dealings with her on the phone.
