In general it was nice few days in Ha long bay, organisation from hotel to harbour was good, boat was nice, clean, Room was comfortable and ALL the stuff and manager of the boat was nice, helpful and super polite!!!

We orginally booked Era Cruise, because of some problems we've been on Venus Cruise...nice, bigger and newsboat ( on Era we booked bigger and better equiped room with terrace, on Venus we have balcony, the was not a tv, room was smaller), but in general was accomodation really nice. Food on the cruise was good, but not everything was delicious ( sushi was raw, on our first breakfast we missed more pastry). Also we realized, that room on the 3th floor offer better view but you hear noise from dinning room...a lot od noise from 5-5:30 a.m. and also after dinner...maybe because of cleaning the floor you hear moving the chairs and tables. When you want to join every activity which cruise offer, you have to wake up around 5:00 a.m. and you are still in a move, so it's hard to enjoy the boat and views from the balcony, or spa, pool ( we spend here 2 nights )-so 1 night stay is deffinitely not enough! To the room- me as a woman appriciate more light in the batoh room - especially above the mirror.

The best leisure cruise in Halong Bay when it comes to room size, value for money, and experience Truly blown away - food was fantastic as well The views from the top and front deck and even the bathtub and day beds in the room - phenomenal

We went on a cruise with Venus Cruises, which is the same company with Era. Everything was great, lovely staff, amazing food, beautiful and very big, clean and tidy room. I reccomend with all my heart! Love you guys!

The cruise was fantastic. Size of boat and guest super. Take the 2 night trip. Service and friendliness of the stuff great like everywhere in Vietnam. Food more then enough.

Some renovation of the boat will be needed soon
