Room wasn’t soundproof - although I specified many times & asked for a quite room higher up due to light sleeper - no rest Hotel staff not welcoming especially at arrival - I didn’t enjoy the vibe . Mattress wasn’t comfortable, 1/2 was ok only . No luggage storage on site but at a different location & price not included . No shower at roof top to wash off pool water .

nothing is good about that room the room is way to small the bad is too small and hard the whole room is not smelling nice there's many things needed to fix in that room i think the owner doesn't respect guests he or she only care about making money through that room anything else doesn't bother

The property is located at Loop Street which is a very strategic place around Green Market Square and Long Street. The room is very cosy and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The room is on the 15th floor and I had a nice view over CBD. The pool is located on the rooftop which is easily accessible via the stairs from the 15th floor.

The AC didn’t work as I expected. It was a centralized AC and the lowest temperature was 26 degree. I would suggest to include a fan in the room.

Location was perfect for me, and the apartment was beautiful
