My husband and I stayed here and it was such a lovely break away from the kids. The apartment has everything you need and truly feels like a home away from home. Itโ€™s cosy, clean, and very well kept. The security staff were so helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the strict access control โ€” it made us feel safe and relaxed the whole time. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Centralt beliggende. Tรฆt pรฅ downtown og alle ting.

Lille vรฆrelse med stort kรธkken som vi ikke skulle bruge. Badevรฆrelset alt for lille og vasken umulig at anvende. Sengen er elendig. Madrassen alt for gammel og brugt. Man kunne mรฆrke fjedrene i madrassen. Forstรฅr ikke at man bruger sรฅ meget plads til et stort kรธkken nรฅr der nรฆsten ikke engang kan vรฆre to personer.

The roof top pool was cool and the location

There was old food in the fridge the door handle was poor felt it was gonna fall off at any moment .the balcony was a window .the internet was awful couldn't even watch Netflix. The shower glass door was hanging and didnt close properly . I stayed at the habitat around the corner 2 weeks before for almost half the price the room was bigger the internet worked the room was cleaner the staff were more helpful the location was the same .I felt as if I was mis-sold because the advert on booking com said private pool so I thought it was on the balcony its very misleading .I doubt i would go back and im jot really a fussy person highly disappointed and frustrated I paid so much for the room

I liked the rooftop pool, restaurant and fyn. However thjs Airbnb IS NOT PART OF THE TOKYO HOTEL. So you wonโ€™t be able to get a lot of help from the staff. However the staff were friendly.

The apartment in the hotel is in a very noisy vicinity in Cape Town City Centre where clubs and lounges will only close at 1:00 A.M. and 4.A.M. The room on arrival was not prepared. A bunch of smelly wet towels in a pillow case in the closet. No clean towels, no blankets, just the inner on arrival and no extra toilet paper. Bathroom light was not working on arrival. Mattress was hard. It needs to be replaced. However they did manage to put a new lightbulb in the bathroom the next day, toilet paper, and remove the smelly wet towels from the closet. They only clean after every 2 days, they will mention it when your booking is approved so keep in mind.

The swimming pool was really nice. We asked the host for a full-length mirror and she delivered. The hotel is at a very convenient location in the CBD close to most of the activities.

Check-in was not smooth. The receptionist seemed quite unbothered, and we ended up being assisted by the security personnel who was multitasking, which made the process slow and disorganized. We even had to contact the host directly to get basic information. I would have expected a proper briefing about the property during check-in, but this did not happen. The hotel itself felt very stuffy, and the corridors had an unpleasant smell, making the environment uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also a major issue. During our 5-night stay, the room was cleaned only once and only after we requested it. The host later mentioned that cleaning is done only once for long-stay guests, but this was not clearly communicated at check-in. On Sunday, we returned to an unclean room and were told cleaning would be done the following day, which did not happen. It was only after following up again that we were informed that the one-time cleaning was complimentary. Had this policy been communicated from the beginning, we would have been willing to pay for additional cleaning, as no one wants to clean while on holiday.
