Location is great. Very spacious apartment, good enough even for 4 persons. Beautiful terrace. New interior, very comfortable :))

There are several stairs inside the building and in the appartment. Someone can find it difficult. Maybe a bit better Wi-Fi connection.

Irene’s place is in a ultra-central location, close to everything one would want to visit/see in Catania. Communication with the owner was smooth and I did not have any problems. I totally recommend this place, especially if is your first time in Catania.

The access to the place is pretty difficult for one with mobility issues as the apartament is at the last floor and there are many steps. I did not have a problem, but it is worth mentioning, especially if you have a lot of luggages with you

The location and the hosts. The apartment has a perfect location, facing via Etnea and a 1-minute walk from the Duomo. The hosts are very nice and available for communication and advice.

Too many stairs! Both in the building and then in the apartment! The building is very old, there is no elevator, so there is a lot of going up and down the stairs, especially if you go out more than once per day. The apartment has two floors, and the bathroom and kitchen are upstairs while the master bedroom and the entrance are downstairs. So when you get home you have to climb up the stairs to wash your hands. Not very comfortable especially if you are with a baby.

Very central, safe and clean location with everything you need nearby. Newly decorated, comfortable and spacious apartment. Master bedroom with beautiful view. Second bedroom facing the courtyard. Nice and responsive hostess. Prompt communication and good interaction. Since the hosts are nearby, they are responsive if you need anything. Coffee provided. Great recommendations for local restaurants. Possibility to leave luggage outside check-in-out hours.

Noise at night from the room looking on the street - every night few auto alarms...The balcony doors are new, so the owner cant do nothing more to lower the noise. The upper room is quiet as it is looking on inner court. We parked in blue zone near appartment. It was off season (February) and we were lucky to find free space. If you are with a car in the season it will be difficult to find parking nearby.

Property is located at the center of catania and right outside of the city. Perfect for city stay. We liked it a lot.
