"A house where you need to make an effort, in a perfect position and with a beautiful view"

Excellent position , Having a heater and air conditioner at home is a great advantage especially in the winter , very nice view , owners are very friendly and helpful

Stairs too much if you are young is ok but if you are after 40 and not very sportive you have to think about it but as I understood elevator could be install in 2025 so it is better to ask , the other thing that I didn’t like House decorations but varies from person to person

"Superb"

Staying with Irene and Giuseppe was like staying with family. Lots of recommendations for places to eat, where to park (Parcheggio Luppi), and they quickly sorted me out with my preferred coffee maker when I struggled with the machine that was provided. We went out of season, do the apartment was the perfect base to explore the east Sicily, quickly out of town and onto the motorway. But we were also right in the middle of the beautiful centre of Catania.

I didn’t mind this, but people with lots of luggage or mobility problems may struggle getting to the apartment as there is no lift

Perfect location right in the heart of the city. Great for easy exploring. Wonderful views from main bedroom

Don't expect to cook in the kitchen. There is just a coffee maker, kettle and a single plug in ring. But why would you want to eat in when lots of good restaurants to try. Note the third bedroom is open plan to dining room and stairs so no privacy. It is on third floor of a beautiful old building so lots of stairs!
