Great value, good location, clean and comfortable.

A bit cumbersome getting access as you have to be on the phone to someone to get through the various doors, and then lost connection when in the lift so had to start the conversation all over again

The size of the apartment was great, beds very comfy, showers were great, decor was very modern, location was perfect once you knew how to get to apartments.Nice touch having tea/ coffee/milk on arrival, having fobs instead of keys was good idea.

Well we arrived at the apartments at the exact time of arrival but were not in an apartment until almost 2 hrs later!!! The 1st apartment we were allocated was great, on second floor as my friend is scared of lifts & we knew we wouldn't have to use it, on entry we discovered there was no fob, I rang Charles hope to let them know & was told another apartment on 1st floor would soon be available, after almost another's wait no apartment, I rang again & was offered another on 5th floor but couldn't accept due to lift situation which I explained.I went to 1st floor & spoke to the cleaning ladies who said they would not be much longer, I then rang Charles hope again who were not very helpful,so my friend stayed in original room 212 & I stayed in 1st floor corridor until cleaning of room 105 was complete & then I made another phone call & get a lady who I explained everything to & she said it was OK to move our stuff into there HOORAY as now almost 2 hrs had gone by, we had missed our original time slot to meet up with friends for my Birthday and had to rearrange things, I was not very happy about the situation and felt quite a bit let down.

Have stayed there before and knew that clean, comfortable with a gym - all good things

Nothing although location has pros and cons. Preferred the apartment looking into the courtyard that we had previously as quieter and with a better view.

The apt was spacious, clean and new, well equipped . It provides nice views over the Leeds City.

The key collection was a bit confusing and required someone to call and speak to until we entered the room but once in it was easy. The additional spaces and gym in the building are an amazing addition and very close to a mini supermarket

Getting the key was a bit complicated!
