"Bad experience"

Location fine.

Day one - no heating/hot water. No engineer til day 2 when I returned early evening to find apartment completely flooded. Token attempt to dry with fan heaters but carpets etc. saturated. No contact or warning from Charles Hope, and no alternative accommodation offered. Would only refund if I left to sleep wherever. Appalling example of how to deal with unfortunate emergency in my view.

Location… being fully equipped and the space is very good

The check in process is complicated… once you reach you need to call someone to open for you. Using international sim was a bit costly + you need to fully lots of instructions. I found it complicated and my room was not ready at 3 PM as mentioned in the instructions.

Great location, modern clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

The only problem we had was with one of the showers - it was impossible to turn the temperature down so it was a scalding.

"Spacious apartment"

It was a really excellent place. Lovely apartment for if you are staying longer and a hotel room is too small. Also you can do your laundry and cook. The location felt safe and there were 24 hour staff. The support line was remote but fast, responsive and helpful.

I couldn't leave my luggage anywhere after checkout. Also there were groups of guys blocking the entrance to the common areas which was a bit intimidating so I didn't use the common area. I thought the concierge could have asked them to sit down. The main problem was the gym was in a different building which i didn't know prior to check in. I didn't want to be wandering around in my shorts through groups of guys trying to find the gym so I didn't use it.
