Charles Hope Leeds

The apartment was lovey and better than the picture shows, As we were there at Christmas was worried that the kitchen wouldn't have everything we needed but it was great. The place was spotless and the location is great s its a 5 min walk into the city. There is even a Sainsburys local just located downstairs . Check in was easy I called the number on arrival they remotely let us access the room and the keys were in the room waiting. Really easy and really quick and looking forward to staying again.

a guide of what the building accommodates etc as there was a gym and cinema room but wasn't sure if we could use .

How modern and clean it was.

Nothing, absolutely brilliant stay and will be booking again the next time I visit Leeds.

The location was good and the apartment was clean, tidy and modern

I didn't like the noise. There was a lot of construction going on and perhaps because of the way the property is designed, any noise from passing people is immediately transferred upwards and if you have your windows open you can hear it. The mattress in the main bedroom was also poor and my husband and I kept falling into the middle. The service was not good as I phoned the concierge service several times to ask for a fan and I was never called back and on the last day that I was staying then someone emailed to say they would deliver a fan, which was never delivered.

Good location if it had been sign posted better. Room was ok overall apart from scalding showers that almost burnt us even when on cold settings.

Terrible signage, took ages to get into the room, noone at reception and terrible phone signal to even get help. No running water on arrival and took ages to receive info on how to turn it on. Lack of loo roll on arrival and showers were scalding hot even when turned to coldest setting. All the inconvenience on the first day meant we missed out visiting a family member at the care home. No response from Charles Hope or care team when we gave feedback. Terrible customer service, it's like they don't want us to return or recommend them to our friends. So be it!

Was easy to find and close to walk to centre and clean

No onsite parking

Location was a short way from the train station

How dirty it was on arrival, multiple hairs found in the bed and in the bathroom, fingerprints on the mirrors and glass table, stain on the sofa, a belt tucked behind the radiator and slow communication from there staff
