Rooms are lovely.

Would never book again though unfortunately had an absolute nightmare checking in and missed our event as we were an hour late. Nobody knew where the place was, taxi drivers included. Then when we eventually arrived was told we had to ring a number to be let in remotely. Took 20 minutes to get through. Was walked through how to get to the room then signal kept going off and we couldn't get into the room. Had to wait again to get through. Spoilt our whole weekend. Such a shame as it was a lovely room. Think they should have a rep at the hotel, customer service is really bad. If it wasn't for the lady on the reception using her emergency fob to let us in god knows what we would have done as after 5 the customer service desk shuts. So disappointed

The location was steller. We could walk to everything that we wanted to see and do while in Leeds. You are basically on the city college campus. The unit was large enough for us. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware but had no basics like salt, pepper or oil. The apt. was modern, clean and very comfortable. Appreciated having washing machine in the apt.

The wifi was ANNOYING. It had weak security and you had to keep signing back on every 2 days. We were there for 12 day! There is no staff onsite for the CHLeeds apts and our US phones wouldn't dial the UK# we had to call in order to get the code to our apt. We had to rely on the kindness of a stranger to use her UK cell phone to place the call for us. The metal gate to the courtyard slammed upon every use which was a 1000 times a day. There was a pungent sewage smell coming from our shower drain at times. Sent an email that was responded to quickly but no one ever fixed the problem or even came to our apt to check it out.

Great location very close to Leeds centre

Lack of parking. Also, the booking was for Charles Hope Apartments. This actual name, other than on Google Maps, was nowhere to be seen when we go there. In the end we were told that New Yorkl Square was in fact a building and the flat was in there.
