They don't make up the bed and clean the room every day unless you request. Rooms on the ground floor are not secured because the gate at the back is opened 24h, and street people can by pass the staff and walk into the hotel.

Friendly staff and service. Rooms are comfortable. Tip: Spend a few more dollars to upgrade to the VIP room with a balcony and bathtub. This room is very nice and comfortable for a single or couple travellers. Location is excellent. Lots of cafes around and right next to Vincom plaza where you can also find food and a grocery store.

Family rooms didn't have any natural light.
