"Second stay in 6 months. I came back because I enjoyed my first stay."

As soon as I told the staff about problems with one of the light switches, they came to check it out and gave me a different room. Everything worked as expected.

Nice room , no creatures or insects

Staff did not clean the floor well, spilt coffee ☕️ in the corner of the bed which dried up and left a strong smell and coffee stains on the wall

"New and clean."

The hotel was new and clean. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel location is pretty good. The Vincom plaza was nearby however the plaza was really quiet. There were some nice restaurants about 500 meters. We stayed in the second VIN Hotel (B) that have a family room with 2 double beds. However it was really cramped in. Not much walking space. Also the hotel have rooms without and facilities.

Even though it is new and clean, However the rooms are really small.
