The location off the motorway is convenient.

Upon arrival, the cleaner was burning rubbish in a barrel in the garden (on a day which was 29 degrees). We were told there would be 2 travel cots - there was only one and the other one had vomit stains down the side. We had to go out and buy 2 travel cots. There was rubbish and half used bars of soap in the bathroom and the whole place just felt unclean and had a musty, smoky smell to it. When I tried to call the owner, he wasn’t available and the office number wouldn’t work. The manager justified it by saying the previous guests had a party the night before and they didn’t have time to clean it - this is outrageous. They then said they could refund the cleaning fee but that would be all they could do otherwise they wouldn’t get any profit for the stay. The customer service was appalling and we felt unsafe, unclean, and uncared for in this property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

THERE WAS NOT AS MANY BEDS AS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION AND THE BEDDING WAS INADEQUATE. THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS AND IT WAS GENERALLY DIRTY.

Location was superb for visiting Worcester good pub 5 min walk, buses nearby. Lovely big garden, kitchen good and rooms nice size, beds comfortable. Price was good for 2 couples.

Bit of mixup with keys initially but sorted out after an hour and a half. Contact phone numbers did not work had to go through Booking.com to resolve. Not the best start after a long drive. House ok but fairly basic compared to other places. It was ok for short stay but think used by contractors quite a lot. Looks like work being carried out to back of house with no steps by backdoor. Gardens could do with a lawnmower to make the front look like pictures as quite overgrown.

Upon our arrival at the family holiday destination, we were greeted by a young man who introduced himself as the house cleaner. He seemed eager to depart and did not take any cleaning supplies with him, which was unusual. The exterior of the house was markedly different from the photographs; the fountain was filled with rubbish, there were overgrown weeds, empty water bottles dispersed around, and an old garage with a broken door. Inside the house, it was apparent that no cleaning had been performed. The property was extremely dirty, with visible cobwebs, dead wasps on the lounge floor, dusty blinds, and a kitchen in deplorable condition. There were no clean plates, pans, or cutlery, the lights flickered, and the main light lacked a shade. The area under the stairs was cluttered with rubbish, and the baking trays and utensils were covered in grease. The lounge furniture was worn out, the sofa provided no support and felt like sitting directly on the floor. Bare wires protruded from the walls, the blinds were dusty, and someone had written 'keep clean' on the windowsill. Light fixtures were dirty and missing bulbs, and some broken bulbs remained in place. Pictures were adhered to the wall without frames, and the stairs required painting. Upstairs, none of the bedrooms had lampshades, there were makeshift plastic wardrobes, no bedside lamps, only blinds that allowed all light in, and no drawers. The bathroom was in a disgraceful state, evidently not cleaned for some time. Hair was found in the shower, the plastic shower curtain did not close properly, the glass was smeared with dirt, and the light pull was merely a piece of string. The rear of the house resembled a war zone, with piles of rubbish and debris where a conservatory had been demolished. The back doorstep was dangerously high due to removed flooring, replaced haphazardly with gravel and bricks.

Did not stay left after about a hour as to dangerous live wires in wall door not on hinges fell onto my grandson dirty pans in cupboard rubbish and bottles under bed lots of slats broken on slide very dangerous patio all ripped up lotsvof broken stones dangerous drop from back door lots of broken wood piled up in garden a nightmare also worke menvdropped off a pile of chippings outside the front door still waiting for a refund spoiled our holidays

Nice for large groups … location is great

Very clean, very spacious, huge garden, good comfortable mattresses, good quality linen, good location, about 20 min walk into town.

Needs a bit of tlc in places, lamp shades and bedside lamps would be a good addition.

Spacious house.
