"Fine but we wouldn’t stay there again. No enclosed garden & on a very busy main road. Not easy with dogs"

Clean & tidy, nice bath, bed etc

Needs a carpet in the lounge bedroom area as felt cold underfoot Only one toilet roll left for the whole weekend of two people so we had to go out & get more. Cold at night

"Relaxing break"

Excellent central location for exploring the New Forest. Good for eating out in the town/shopping, ten minute walk max. Off road parking. Lovely comfortable bed with good quality linen. Large bath sheets Warm cosy and relaxing

Two cars for properties P3 and P4 can be parked outside the accomodation we stayed in, which was P2. There would be little privacy in the kitchen area of P2, as the door into the accomodation is glazed with clear glass and the parked cars are opposite in very close proximity, although I do understand the need to provide parking for all cars. .

Lovely big bed and great hot tub bath . Great location to walk the dog in the forest opposite and 5 minute walk into the town.

Great place and we've stayed several times and will be coming back. Perfect cosy property in the perfect location to enjoy Lyndhurst and the New Forest. The people who run the property are friendly and available of needed.

"Good"

Good location just a short walk from the town.

Very noisy. Woken up early Sunday morning with what sounded like a macerator on loud speaker. for a good half hour. The plumbing is very loud (I think there must be a water pump somewhere). Not the place for a relaxing weekend stay.
