"Would definitely stay again."

Excellent location, short walk into Lyndhurst, immediate access across the road to the open forest. Clean, modern and quiet - P4 had the added benefit of an enclosed garden which we used daily. Large, soft towels provided. Welcome pack of milk, bread and some butter/jam was an extra touch of kindness. Great communication from the host. Comfortable beds - good sleep had by all.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location and proximity to where we wanted to be

There were three of us in essence staying in a bedsit but tbh this was our mistake, also when cooking in the rental the cooker extract fan didn’t work very efficiently and as things a bedsit the smell of cooked food lingered
