GBGreat location on the main road with a nice view, clean, had all the kitchen equipment I needed: sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery. I've uploaded a photo of the kitchen area as the listing has an old photo showing the fridge & microwave in the cupboard. The fridge is now in the unit below the kettle. Comfy bed, good electric shower.
Only negative for me was the sound insulation. You can hear the footsteps and conversation of everyone that walks past, via both the window and the door. It turned out not to be a problem for me as the street was quiet at night, but if you're a light sleeper and unlucky enough to have noisy people outside during the night it could be a problem. As others have said, it's very small and might be a bit cramped for 2 people for a longer stay. I had to move the bed to open the fridge door wide enough to get into the freezer compartment. :-) There's no table to eat at, but there are a couple of lap trays. This was fine for me (and no surprise, based on other reviews), but just be aware.

The room is very cramped, and there is a lack of storage space. Some hanging space could be provided in the storage cupboard. The premises are suitable for one person, but inadequate for two unless they have no luggage.

Tv did not work. Coffee machine did not work. We were aware there would be limited facilities for food prep but some additional glasses and a sharp knife would have been helpful
GBLocation is superb. In a very central location in Tobermory which has excellent facilities - particularly food shops.
Space is quite small. If two people you had better get on very well.

A little shelf in bathroom needed as nowhere for toiletries. There's no table to sit at, a drop down table top on wall at bottom of bed would be great with 2 wooden folding chairs would easily slide in fridge cupboard. And no toaster but that could be down to health and safety
GBLovely position along harbour. I did find it a bit cramped. It had a fridge and microwave but no table or chair so had to sit on bed to eat. Also no toiletries in bathroom which most places provide. But it was clean and comfy and warm.
I don't like self check in and had a problem getting key out.
