USIt exceeded my expectations, especially after having read previous negative reviews. I loved it and would definitely rent it again. Its location is excellent and it was comfortable. Yes, the stripping of the beds at the end of the stay is ludicrous, but it just added 5 minutes to my checkout. The tray by the door (I guessed to place one's shoes?) was a great idea, but I tried it and my socks immediately got filthy. Read the instructions on how to lock the door!
The carpet could use some shampooing/steaming.
AULocation was perfect. Bed very comfortable. Clean and neat.

GBGreat location on harbour near pubs and restaurants and could always park nearby on street. Very clean and warm. Good WiFi.
Very small and compact, but I knew that. Washing crocs in bathroom sink not ideal. No chair, so always had to sit or lie on bed. No tea coffee or shampoo provided, which really should be standard. Main issue was the TV didn't work(missing one remote control?) and the company didn't respond to queries. Phone number I was given not answered and no reply to voice and text messages. Having to strip the bed into a provided laundry bag on departure was bizzare and annoying as I was going for a very early ferry. A covid measure apparently, but nonsense and unnecessary.
GBGBGBGBGreat location as I'm disabled ground floor was great. Very clean, everything you need for a short break. Plenty of shops & restaurants near by. Good value for money we paid.
Too small for a longer stay had to sit on bed as no room for a chair or two.
GBWe loved the view of the sea&the ferries.&loved Tobermory.
Sorry to say we thought the flat was the worst we had stayed in 42years of marriage, it was not was not what we were expecting when we booked it, also disgusting to wash up In the wash basin. It was also very expensive for what it was.
