Great infrastructure respectful of nature in such a remote area.

We were surprised by the lack of will to accommodate a simple request we had to have. I needed a silent room/office for an important call after my check-out. They requested 50 euros to use their conference hall (for a single person) and didn’t follow up any further even it they said they would inform us of other possibilities. It’s sad because this was the most expensive stay we had in the country and in all other hotels we paid way less and the staff was so supportive for any need we had (and of course we returned the favor each time). I don’t know what service costs 50 euros an hour, let alone using an empty room..

The room was quite comfortable, clean and spacious. The resort is located in front of a very beautiful beach. The staff is very friendly. There was always fresh fish available for lunch.

There was not hot water - it was not cold, but it was not warm either. Some of the equipment needed repair, like the bath gel dispenser and some equipment in the children playground. Food would quickly disappear from the breakfast and dinner buffet

Great location with good meals. Nice clean and quiet bungalows.

It’s on a beautiful beach.

It felt everything was overpriced because there were no other options. There was no hot water. If I pay 100 euro for a room, I expect hot water.

The location in the south beach is stunning with view to ilheu das rolas.

Access to the hotel is difficult due to road conditions. Food and services are overpriced since there's nothing else available. People are always trying to sell you something which makes it less relaxing.
