The location on the beach is really lovely. Being able to pay with Revolut.

The people of this island nation are so welcoming, but It was the first time that I felt I felt the staff didn’t care and it was only about money. They were quite surly, unhelpful and disorganised. I paid upon arrival but as I was leaving I was asked 2/3 time for proof that I paid, despite having sent them confirmation. I ended up paying the tourist tax probably twice, just for a speedy exit. Paying for each meal upon finishing is highly recommended. I should have braved the road, and continued to Gombale ecolodge or the one at Jale. (The road from Port Algere is a dirt track, exciting to drive, if not brutal especially in a 2 wheel drive car. Off road driving recommended in a non 4x4.) breakfast was basic but the coffee as always was good.

This Eco Lodge is very beautiful and located in the south of the island. The beaches are empty and you have the perfect Island feeling.

A paradise in the south of São Tomé. This is the perfect getaway and a great way to explore the south. We had a private lodge with all the amenities. The beach in front is a small paradise, we could even see a turtle laying out it's eggs, unforgettable.

Nothing to mention.
