"A good spot for a getaway"

Great staff, quite helpful with suggesting things to do in the area. The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom had excellent hot water. Nice comfortable chair in the room to sit and read or whatever. Location wise there is a restaurant in the hotel but several others within walking distance. Share taxis go past all the time, 20 rupee ride to Elephant Falls. We walked back. The East Khasi Hills are magnificent.

There is a kettle provided but you need your own mug and tea or coffee. The wifi was not working until our last day but they have changed providers so hoping that's a one time issue.
