Errrm. Tricky. - The shower was fantastic and a great TV. - Plenty of parking.

Outside the place looks great, but it’s so sad inside. Very, very unloved. This accommodation is desperately in need of a lick of paint across the woodwork. Just a few of many observations; - Some of the doors don’t fit. The door between the kitchen and lounge is just bizarre - Kitchen is very dated. There was an old Chinese take away inside the microwave and the glasses in cupboard were dirty. The floor was sticky and there is no tea-towel, even though this has been mentioned previously in reviews .. c’mon guys, it’s only a pound to get a tea-towel. - Dirty cupboards and filthy woodwork - Child high chair had mould on it. Luckily there was some anti-bacterial spray to use - The back door doesn’t open - the heating only comes on at a certain time meaning that it’s very cold at other times - Filthy old sock on sofa - Overly stained carpets - Uncomfortable beds mean for sleepless nights - No instructions of how to use anything or details about the local area I know this place is at the lower end of cost but it’s not the cheapest, it could really be a nice place if just a couple of hours was spent painting the wood work and fixing a few things. As it is, this property gives the feel of the owners not caring about your time spent and just want your money. I stay in many properties and this place really falls short. I was hoping to find a place in Gateshead to stay frequently as my grandson has moved up there with his mother, but unfortunately this place is no where near suitable so I need to go back to the drawing board.

All tyneside flats are the same set up, so we knew exactly what to expect. The flat was clean and tidy and welcoming.

No teatowel for dishes

i booked at six pm dint get a check in service rang the owner he then said that if i wanted to check in past half five id need. £250 deposit but if not he’d decline the booking request which he hasn’t it’s now been a week and i’ve had no contact as to getting my money back total scam!!

Located on a quiet street which was easy to park on. Good tv. Lounge is reasonably comfortable

Very cold when we arrived. Bad smell from the bathroom and from under the kitchen sink. 2 very noticeable holes in the main bedroom covered by the carpet. Leak from radiator in second bedroom. Kitchen floor felt sticky. Door to the living room is hanging off the hinge. Mattresses felt well-used. We booked for 2 nights but went home after one as we didn't want to stay there another night. The single biggest issue is the musty smell from the bathroom.

Beds very uncomfortable and bathroom wasn’t clean . There should be instructions for tv and heating

Comfortabele bank en aparte slaapkamers

De badkamer: onmogelijk om fatsoenlijk te douchen. Douchestang zat los. Badkamer is echt toe aan renovatie.
