Location and spacious

Great warm property - felt like being at home. Lovely comfy sofas and really powerful hot shower! Host was really lovely - replied quickly to my messages and let us stay past checkout curfew.

The beds were a little uncomfortable (but we were fine with staying just one night) and the pots/pans could do with a deep clean. Nothing that would stop me staying again.

Good boiler meant the temp of the flat was easy to set.

Shower holder was a bit weak so sprayed water when using shower.

The living room was comfortable, kitchen basic but ok for two of us for one night. The beds weren't too comfortable, but everything was clean. On street parking outside was good. We were only there overnight, so it suited us.

Something was wrong with the bathroom light and it flashed on and off, making it a bit unpredictable and dangerous to be in there in the dark! I informed the hosts, so hopefully it's fixed now.

Nicely decorated. Decent furniture and clean.

Not a biggy but there was no loo roll at the property.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed the stay it proper felt like a home from home, would definitely use this place again and would highly recommend

We had a really enjoyable stay. The house was clean, warm, cosy and on a very quiet street. It's in a great location for going in to Newcastle city centre either on public transport (we got the bus), by car or walkable if you fancy a decent walk (we did it from Quayside in about 30 mins). Would happily stay again. Good value for money.

For the most part had everything we needed and was well equipped. Mugs and drinking glasses were in a bit of a short supply. We managed but did feed back and the owner said it will be addressed for future guests. The house is a little tired looking here and there but it didn't alter our view that it was a great place to stay and good value for money.
