.The whole house was very clean, tidy and well decorated. The lounge and furniture was particularly comfortable and I spent my second night sleeping in the chair as the beds, although clean and well covered were very uncomfortable.

The place was not warm and unable to control the heating. Nothing to tell how to work things. No useful telephone numbers such as taxi services. No emergency numbers. The door key, being a copy, was temperamental in opening the lock. Mattresses cheap and uncomfortable. No food or drink provided except tea bags, coffee and sugar. NO MILK. I assume that it was self catering. a packet of biscuits and milk would have been nice. The owner on the telephone did not sound eager to help and did not phone back when he said he would.

Comfortable, clean and great location. It was designed to be home from home . Good appliances in good condition. Very comfortable.

As in all toilets to back of house it was chilly. It's not of putting but cold.

It was fine for the couple of nights we were there. Seemed reasonably priced... BUT you get what you pay for, and to be honest, at £90 per night, it should have been better.

Needs a good clean and bringing up to very basic standards.
