GBBrilliant location. Lovely house. Bonus of a garage as parking was a bit difficult outside the property, as road usually full with resident parking.
GBWe have stayed at the Lytham Cottage several times now, and it is a perfect berth for a weekend or similar for those travelling with small pets. Very nice accommodation with a secure garden, and plenty of space. Good kitchen and bathroom too.
The only negative is really the behaviour of some residents of South Clifton Street who continue to place bollards in the street to prevent others parking, in direct contravention of The Highways Act of 1980...but it's not a big deal if you know where to go in Lytham.

GBThe downstairs of the property was just lovely, very well equipped and well presented. Bedrooms well presented but some reservations on second bedroom. Bathroom well presented.
The advert needs to make it clear that the property is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues, the stairs are incredibly steep and my mother had difficulty going up and down. Also, it is not suitable for two adults travelling together who require separate bedrooms. The main bedroom - excellent, the second bedroom, whilst beautifully presented, has a bed not suitable for an adult - it was incredibly uncomfortable. Ideal for a family with a young child. Parking difficult although the host does make this very clear. Parking in town perfectly safe. Garage available although difficult to access if you are not a confident driver and it will not accommodate a long vehicle - my audi just fit with an inch to spare.
GBA lovely comfortable cottage in a great location. Welll equipped and very comfortable. We would like to return to Lytham and would definitely stay in the cottage again.
