"A lovely place, close to Keswick, with beautiful surroundings"

The location was ideal and the rooms were perfect

Having to trek up flights of stairs to the top floor with luggage, dog and dog bed wasn’t ideal There was no other means of getting to rooms.

Clean and welcoming

The payment was taken out my account prior to the stay when payment was to be on arrival. This could not be refunded to enable a different payment method. There was no breakfast option The room was small and very hot. I also requested that twin beds but got a double bed.
