Rooms clean and fresh Food very good but not exceptional Welcoming and helpful staff

Breakfast is not provided on site, but in a breakfast bistro some 200m distant. Not a real problem but some would find it inconvenient and of course it’s not included in the overnight cost.

Clean, modern room on 2nd floor away from noise of the bar, which was very busy. Great location.

A breakfast service would be great.

Lovely rooms, amazing views, easy access to Keswick, good parking and outdoor seating

Short curly black hairs everywhere - including the bedsheets. There was also an outdoor light directly above my window so despite closing the curtains the room always stayed bright. Noisy neighbours are easily heard.

The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful

Staff, room, not what i asked for, help was very Poland disappointing

Lovely pub with good food, parking first in best dressed, nice room, freshly renovated bathroom.

Bed is too soft and bad for back, pretty noisy from the pub downstairs.

Food, staff and room all very good as was the location.

It was a cosy place with friendly staff
