The towels and bed spreads and sheet was not clean the floor felt like sand was still on them so we had to wear our shoes the hold time and when I was cooking my family breakfast a house roach was running across the stove they were in the room and bathrooms as well

The host was nice enough to allow us to check in early. I liked the location of the home because it was near restaurants, the beach, entertainment and stores. I liked that all of the bedrooms had a tv in them. I liked the size of the beds. It's not a bad little town house; it just needs some work especially for the price.

The house wasn't very clean. The floors weren't swept. In the kitchen the refrigerator and ice maker was dirty/disgusting and the stove wasn't clean. The couch was very uncomfortable and worn. You sink into it and can barely get up and the arm was broken on one side of the couch. The chairs at the dining table weren't very comfortable; their small and wicker. The quilt on the bed in the master bedroom was disgusting; it had big nasty stains all over it. I don't think that they wash the quilts because they tell you to put the sheets on the floor in front of the washer when you're checking out but not the quilts-they expressly say do not put them on the floor. The sheets were very cheap on all of the beds and the white towels were dingy and disgusting looking. The parking is horrible, there's a very small driveway big enough for one car although we managed to squeeze our 2nd car in, right at the front door and there isn't room in the garage to put a car. The rules inside the house state that you can park on the street but that's on the side of the road running beside the house as the house sits at the end of it's street and alongside the other. There's a parking lot directly across the street but that's HOA parking only.
