Watership Down Inn

What an amazing find! Lovely location. Fantastic rooms. Stayed in one of the garden rooms with our dog and it was ideal. Really large room, all the facilities we could have wished for, quiet (even with neighbours!), and fantastic nights sleep. Our family stayed in rooms upstairs and again they were perfect. But the customer service was also outstanding, both on the night we arrived, and at breakfast in the morning. They were kind enough to find us a table the night we arrived and the food was amazing. The welcome we received was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and, again, outstanding. Wish this was our local! Will definitely be coming back to stay and for food. Thank you

Great location for Bombay Sapphire tour. Easy walk. Good food and service at the pub Modern facilities Staff were friendly - you just check in at the pub then come and go as you please.

Poor finishing or things had broken quickly. In spite of being quite new and the fittings and decor being nicely tiled etc a few things were broken, but we reported these and they will hopefully be fixed. Security light (green for the fire escape) stayed on in the room all night and was too bright for me to sleep so wished I'd taken a sleep mask. I think 3 off the cabins probably have nice garden views. Ours was a bit too much of the carpark, including the skip....

Good location, easy to park, nice food.

The bathroom fan in the bedroom next door permanently on - all night which doesn't make for a peaceful sleep. Good job we had earplugs!
