Baia Dorata beach apartments

Accoglienza fantastica. La proprietaria gia via whatsup aveva dato tutte le indicazioni. Siamo arrivati alle 11:30 e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e recarci al mare e quando finito la donna delle pulizie ci ha avvertito. Informazioni perfetto. Appartamento stupendo. Socuramente da ritornarci

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Die Wohnung wurde von Eirinn mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hochwertige Materialien, eine durchdachte Ausstattung und makellose Sauberkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Schon beim Ankommen fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Auch die Lage ist perfekt – mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und einem großen Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Uns wurde sogar ein Sonnenschirm, sowie Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

L'appartement est joliment décoré et bien équipé, le jardin de la copropriété est parfaitement entretenu et très agréable et l'emplacement immédiatement à côté d'une belle petite plage peu fréquentée est magnifique.

Il y avait beaucoup de guêpes et de moustiques, mais cela est indépendant de l'appartement.

Direkter Zugang zum eigenen Strand, damit super zentral, aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen!

If you are looking for a family place, away from the hustle and bustle of touristic cities, this is the right spot! The lovely apartment K is located on the first floor in a "multifamily" vacation apartments home. It is spacious, clean and cosy, and is featuring all the facilities that you may need during your short or longer stay. The air-condition works perfectly, and although it is missing in the bedroom, you do not really feel it so much. The apartment is newly renovated in a wonderful boho style, with much attention to detail and is really pleasant to stay in. The double bed is comfortable, the bathroom is rather small but intuitive ;) and you can enjoy easy meals in the kitchen, equipped in electric hob, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher, and - obviously - plates, cutlery and other necessary utensils. In case you need a washing machine, it is also there, as well as the fridge and a separate freezer. Wifi works smoothly. There is a nice balcony from which you can get some view of the sea and a majestic Tavolara island (or a cat that comes by - for cat lovers!). Contact with the host via WhatsApp is very professional and fast, all instructions clear (BTW, Eirinn and Renzo are absolutely wonderful people!). A welcome cold water in the fridge, as well as some delicious sweets were a nice addition! You can park your car at the location (yes, it is better to rent a car to get there, although it is just a 15-minutes drive from the airport and shopping centres in Olbia ;)). And, last but not least, a very nice sandy-pebbly (with some rocks in the water), private, little beach is just within a reach - take your sun umbrella and sunchairs (provided!) and you are there, just walking through a beautiful, well-maintained garden. You can also easily walk or swim to other little beaches, or to the famous Spiaggia Porto Istana. All in all, we had a very nice experience.

Depending on the neighbours, it might get a bit loud and noisy, also at nights (despite instructions for quiet hours), with people partying, not only in the garden, but also in the apartments (which might be frustrating, if you are not used to it or would prefer a calmer stay). Garbage sorting system may be a bit complicated at first for some people (we are actually used to it on a daily basis, so for us it was not a problem at all). Otherwise, everything was perfect :)

The location was perfect - through the garden to a small, quiet beach, with opportunities to walk along the shoreline to other beaches. Great snorkelling right off the beach. Amazing views from the apartment. Very quiet, peaceful setting.

Access road could be better as we were worried about damaging the hire car (but we didn't). This was only a minor issue, and was expected to reach areas away from the crowds. We got used to it.

Ottima esperienza, appartamento molto bello, spazioso e pulito. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Sono stati forniti anche consumabili come capsule per lavatrice/lavastoviglie. Forniti anche un ombrellone e due seggiole per la spiaggia. Una spiaggia e' accessibile direttamente dal giardino della struttura, mentre molte altre raggiungibili in 10-30 minuti a piedi o anche meno in macchina.

Nessuna pecca importante, forse cambiare la chiave del portone con un telecomando sarebbe l'unica cosa migliorabile
