Baia Dorata beach apartments

It was such a nice place to stay after visiting some busy cities! Located in a quiet area but a short 5-10 min drive to the little towns on the main road. Loved how you can walk to the beach in front of the property and go for a swim away from the crowded beaches. Also loved sitting on the verandah and soaking up the views. Eirinn was an amazing host & was always responsive with our questions. She has done a beautiful job on decorating the apartment. Everything was clean and modern.

Wow what a beautiful apartment, not only is the aesthetic is so beautiful, it is clean, well kept and overall well equipped. Eirinn is wonderful and exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for places to eat, visit or enjoy locally. The location of this apartment couldn’t be better, you essentially get a “private beach” to enjoy with direct access from your apartment. It’s a short 10min walk to Spiaggia Porto Istana but the private beach is much nicer and less crowded. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more.

Lovely apartment just at the paradise beach. Nicely designed in Italian style with warm colours makes a cosy atmosphere. The view outside from the balcony directly to the sea. One can have the breakfast or the supper looking at the water, sailing boats and Tavolara Island. Fully equipped kitchen. Stylish dishes. Everything corresponds together. Two bedrooms ( for kids with 2 storey bed), saloon with kitchen, large balcony, refreshed bathroom. A/C keeps rhe area cool during hot summer days. Just outside of the fence gate - the one of the most beautifull sea bays and the beaches. Beach bars in the neighbourhood. Warm.water lets people swim or snorkel. Helpful and auger supportive host!

For the tea lovers, the electric pot could be bigger than 0.5 l. to boil the water. In kids room , there is just the roof window, without picturesque view on the sea. The ants are penetrating the balccony to search the food. You can't leave any food outside.

Absolutely perfect stay! We had an amazing experience. Eirinn was incredibly kind and helpful — she allowed us to check out later than expected, which made everything much easier for us. The apartment is absolutely stunning: beautifully decorated, brand new, and located right by a small private beach. Everything was spotless, calm, and truly beyond expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely come back!

From the moment we booked, Eirinn, made us feel at home and made sure we would have the best stay. Her warm welcome and kindness and willingness to help at all time was so appreciated. The place is absolutely stunning. So clean and beautiful. The views of the sea are breathtaking and the access to a private beach were the highlight of our stay. Quiet little place with the real charm of Sardinia. A few minutes driving to markets, restaurants, ice cream shops, pharmacies, etc. The location is unbeatable. We will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect

A warm welcome from the host, with wine, coffe and water offered upon arrival. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you need. Perfect location, with a beautiful private and public beach right next door.

As soon as we got to Sardinia it felt incredible, easy to drive in compared to Sicily! When we got to our apartment we were met with such a welcoming owner, she showed us around the apartment left lot of tips! The kitchen was perfect if you are trying to budget money and cook instead of eating out! The open plan kitchen/dining was perfect for meals whilst we catch up and watch a little Netflix. The balcony was also a fav for breakfast in the morning sun watching the sea. We of course used everyday as an opportunity to get in the sea, a little cold as it’s April but that didn’t stop us! The recommendations by the owner was super helpful we did the beautiful coastal walk, which includes a Little Rock clambering which was fun, watch out for the cactus ! The walls are nice and thick in between bedrooms we didn’t need to use our loop earplugs to drone out mums snoring aha! As the beach is right in your back door step, they have garden showers and somewhere to hose your feet down before going back inside. Also a washing machine to help if you only brought minimal, you do have to be a bit aggressive in closing the washing machine door for it to actually work. We loved it so much we will be back next year for definite

There was a small amount of noise from builders next door but other than that it was incredible.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The apartment has been completely renovated, and the support from the owner as well as the lovely cleaning lady running the place was exceptional. The beach is easily accessible, everything is spotlessly clean, and the apartment's design far exceeded our expectations. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we not only felt special during our stay, but also truly experienced the unique atmosphere and love he has for this place. There's private parking available. The access road is challenging, but for me, it was a big plus—it keeps tourists away and adds to the tranquility. I do recommend having a car, ideally something like a Panda Cross.

If you're planning to visit in the first quarter of the year, I’d suggest checking in advance if there will be any renovations, as this is the typical season for apartment upgrades in Sardinia.

The host was so lovely and helpful. So much attention to detail. Beautiful view and nice location. A great experience overall!
