everything was very nice

Sunshine streaming through the large windows to the open terrace was a welcome sight! Clean,neat and live-able with a comfortable bed. Just what we wanted. Clear instructions to get in, a quiet neighborhood to walk through. A+ guest house.

Even had an ice tray!!

The apartment was very nice, conveniently located, had a washing machine and a very nice rooftop deck with nice views, singing birds, etc. Good wifi & some cooking pots, utensils , etc. The apartment was conveniently located for us to walk to stores, restaurants, market, fishing port, etc. Lucrezia picked us up at the Civitavecchia train station for a reasonable fee, drove us to the apartment- let us in & familiarized us with the apartment, keys/gate etc. She also provided a ride to Largo della Pace to get on our cruise ship. MOST importantly, I accidentally left my purse in her car that morning-Yikes!! My purse contained my phone, passport , credit cards, cash , etc- COULD have been a disaster!!! BUT, we were able to reach Lucrezia via Whats App & she drove it back to us.. THANK YOU LUCREZIA!!

Trash cans in courtyard area were locked, made it difficult to empty our trash :)

Nice flat with a big balcony. Some details have to be improved. Clean and warm.

The beds are very low and sheets can be improved. Quite impersonal relationship with the host who give you all the information by remote it means that if someone is not skilled with new technologies there could be some problem for the check in.

The roof top patio offered double the square footage. It was great to sit and watch the sunset

The bedrooms were small and right beside each other with no doors to soften noises or voices.

The property is close to the cruise port. There are many places to eat and shops all in walking distance.

Penthouse with balcony was nice & comfortable bed, TV and Amazon Alexa etc Good communication from Lucrezia about access to property although this was received on the flight.

Some chipped crockery, no instructions for appliances & we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work at all. No instant coffee and we had to boil water on the hob. Sofa had a big stain on the cushion. The washing up sponge was disgusting! Breakfast included as advertised was very poor, just bread and jam and biscuits. It was advertised as pay at property and had a message whilst airbourne for payment and passport details which was inconvenient and stressful! The property has a small lift but then has two flights of stairs to negotiate after this.

Booked to stay for 2 nights pre-cruise. Received instructions which were very easy to follow for how to get access to the attic. Very responsive to any messages and questions we had. Kindly took us to the port for a small fee, super friendly host with great services. The rooftop is amazing we spend our first day enjoying the sun and even had bbq facilities which was brilliant to use.

The second bedroom is a day bed/pull out bed but it was fine for us for 2 nights

It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants

Just wish the shower had more water pressure

The property was wonderful and the host Lucrezia was amazing!! She helped us with everything from transportation from the airport and to the cruise port, and even ordered us dinner when we got there (which was well after 10 pm). She was even understanding when we ran off with her keys and had to come back to return them. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!
