The Attic

We had a great stay. Close enough to the port and beach so we could stay two nights before a cruise. The host was so helpful with taxis and also signposting to good gluten free restaurants and supermarkets.

The only thing we would change is the sponge and dish cloth were very well used and we couldn’t find any spares. But the overall experience was excellent.

The hostess was so helpful! She sent recommendations for where to eat and where I could pick up some necessities. This was a great experience for our first night in Italy.

Packaged pastries and coffee/tea available for breakfast Nice terrace Clean. Was able to communicate with owner when called. Elevator available, but not all the way up to appt level.

Bed configuration was not what I requested thru booking agent. Spoiled fruit left in fridge. Difficulty with locks on door

Everything was amazing - apartment, location and especially our wonderful host, Lucrezia. If we could rate it higher than 5 then we would rate it 100! The apartment is in a great location near the seafront of Civitavecchia, well appointed with everything you could need and we adored the outdoor terrace, so spacious and perfect for taking in the sun and enjoying some dinner in the evening. It's an absolutely perfect stay for departing on a cruise from the port. The apartment was spotless and we felt so safe and welcomed - we will definitely not stay anywhere else now when we come back to Civitavecchia!

Lovely outside area , we arrived late to fully make use of it.

The second room to seep had no privacy and the mattress was paper thin .

The attic is a cozy location in the heart of civitavecchia and we loved it for many reasons. Mainly that it It was close to the local train station, a few local shops, eateries and about a 25 mins walk from the cruise port shuttle. We also found it to be clean, well situated and equipt with all the comforts of home (kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom with a bidet, 2 bedrooms and an outdoor area.) see a partial image of the smaller bedroom my daughter slept in.

Like many hotels, check is in the afternoon. It is therefore prudent to plan your time sensibly as opposed to early morning arrival with lots of wasted time waiting to check in.

The service of our host was unbelievable

The location was convenient to the port and walkable to restaurants. The rooftop patio was beautiful.
