Very good location, easy walk to the town

Some more pillows in bedrooms, & on sofa had trouble turning up the underfloor heating in bathroom, keep saying low battery on the display unit

Great location, near to the sea front and to the shops and cafes. Off road parking. We had a wonderful stay

The property needs a full clean and outstanding repairs and replacements completed. As we first entered, there was a large cobweb above the door, all the cleaning equipment dumped in the entrance hall and a curtain that looks like it has had better days covering a doorway. There are a number of window blinds broken and internal windows need cleaning. No pillow protectors supplied and towels need to be replaced as very worn. The bathroom toilet roll holder is broken, lower shower-head does not stay in place so you have to hold it with one hand and wash yourself with your other hand or turn the shower off if washing your hair, behind the radiator there was dirt on the skirting board which is rotten and needs to be replaced. There are scratches and marks on the walls throughout the apartment that needs to be painted. The information booklet could do with some updates but we did like the children's craft throughout the rooms and their story behind it. For us, there were too many artificial plants and ornaments which got in the way (two on the washbasin which is not very large in size, so we moved these to the top of the bathroom cabinet which dare I say looked better), sometimes 'less is more' which could create the illusion of the apartment being far more elegant and have an impactful result rather than it looking overloaded with unnecessary items ?! Overall, it could be a lovely place to stay but at the moment it is in desperate need of some serious TLC !
