Door on bathroom cupboard becoming disconnected

Location Layout Decor Generally very well presented.

Tatty trip hazard mat in lounge. Black mould in bathroom shower. Sash window catches not working, making them impossible to close properly and rendering them insecure. Filthy wheely bins attracting flies around a into the property.

Excellent location. Apartment was very tastefully decorated and practical.

Very clean. Spacious. Great bed and good powerful shower over large bath. Good equipment in kitchen.

Didn’t like the steep stairs to get to our apartment so and the description of property on Booking.com did not make it clear anywhere that this was an upstairs apartment. It actually said split level so we thought one bedroom was on ground floor. We had a lot of luggage so getting everything up steep stairs was tough

Location and we had stayed there before

I didn’t like the upstairs flat as much as it only had one toilet

It was well appointed, clean, spacious and in a great location

There was a little noise from the flat above, just people walking around normally but could do with better sound proofing

Ground floor flat is ideal with our elderly family members: only small step to get in, two bathrooms, one with walkin shower and comfy sofa / armchair in the lounge makes it a perfect holiday place to stay with the oldies. Highstreet, cafes, restaurants and sea front to reach within minutes is a treat. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfy. We love it and have been staying here several years in a row now.

Nothing negative to report. We love it here!

Very clean and well looked after ,and great location.
