Great location with walking distance from the seafront. Room and facilities were clean and tidy. Check-in instructions were clear.

Dogs were welcome which was great however, the owner has a dog as well that kept barking and howling as we were preparing to settle into bed. This caused our dog to become unsettled and bark (which he seldom does). A parking space would be ideal. The room lacked a television, hot drink facilities and a fan during hot and humid nights. The mattress could be replaced as the current one has a memory foam 'topper' on another mattress which caused it to slip down during the night.

Location close to beach

Instructions were incomplete and a bit confusing to access the property. No post code was given when contacted the host. No basic toiletries supplied neither access to kettle
